Steps vase by POLS POTTEN: the icon in light-catching glass
There are decorative objects that "furnish" a space... and others that make a statement. The Steps Vases by Pols Potten clearly fall into the latter category: a mouth-blown glass vase, colored in the mass, worked in relief like a sculpture, designed to catch the light and create that famous almost ethereal glow.
What makes it iconic is the masterful contrast between "graphic geometry" (its fluting) and the craftsman's hand: from one piece to the next, there can be subtle variations in nuance and material, giving it that extra soul.

The Steps collection is available in 4 formats to play with repetition, heights and uses throughout the home: candleholder, S vase, L vase, XXL vase.
The "mini" version features the same embossed design: perfect as a table centerpiece, on a console, or as a duo on a shelf. Dimensions: Ø12 x H15 cm.
2) Step S vase
The "S" format is the one that goes everywhere: dining table, coffee table, sideboard. Ideal for a few sculptural stems (anthuriums, arums, branches) or even solo, empty. Dimensions: Ø20 x H30 cm.
3) Step L vase
More present, the "L" begins to structure the space: end of sofa, large table, hall furniture. Dimensions: H50 x Ø35 cm, and a palette of colors (green, gray, amber/ochre, dark purple).
3) Step XXL vase
The XXL is the architectural version: on the floor, next to a sofa, at the foot of a bed or at the end of a table. Dimensions: H65 x Ø40 cm (imposing piece, very "presence").
Colors: 4 shades for 4 moods
Ochre, Green, Grey or Violet are the most common colors, allowing you to move from a very mineral interior (grey/violet) to a sunnier (ochre) or more plant-based (green) ambience.
Decorating tip: the Steps effect is even stronger when you mix two sizes (S + L, or L + XXL) in the same shade, or when you use a reminder of color (a cushion, a poster, a book) to "anchor" the vase in the room's palette.
