 | A cluster of opal glass globesThe Palma chandelier by Nordal gathers a multitude of opal glass globes, arranged in a corolla around a central frame. Each one casts a soft, even light, far from the harsh glare of a bare bulb. This contemporary chandelier plays on the repetition of round shapes to build a generous volume, striking above a dining table or in a grand entrance hall. |
A brass frame, a timeless signatureThe Palma chandelier's frame is dressed in warm brass, which catches the ambient light and extends the soft mood created by the opal globes. The thin, discreet suspension wire leaves all the room to the play of volumes, for a piece just as graphic by day as by night, once the lights come on. | |
