1. Methods of payment
MBS DESIGN offers several payment methods to facilitate the settlement of your orders:
- Credit card
- Bank transfer
- PayPal
2. Credit Card
Credit card payments are insured and secured by our payment service provider Stripe, which guarantees the complete confidentiality of the transaction. No banking information transits on our site.
The security protocols of our payment service provider Stripe comply with the second European directive DSP2 on payment services, aimed at strengthening the security of online payments, which comes into force on September 14, 2019, making strong authentication of buyers mandatory.
The Stripe payment platform uses the 3D Secure 2 dual-factor authentication protocol. After filling in your credit card information, you will receive a code by SMS to be filled in in order to authenticate the transaction.
Your order is registered once the payment has been validated. An email MBS DESIGN will acknowledge receipt of your order.
3. Bank Transfer
You can pay us by bank payment especially if you live abroad. Remember to mention the order number on your transfer order. Your order will be definitively validated upon receipt of your transfer, you will receive an email MBS DESIGN confirmation.
By validating this option, you will find on the following page all our bank details (RIB and IBAN).
We remind you that the products ordered are reserved for you for a period of 15 days. After this period, and without reception of your payment, the products will be automatically put back in stock and the order will be cancelled.
4. PayPal
You can pay for your order via your PayPal account. PayPal allows you to pay online without providing your financial information during the transaction.
