How to create my account on MBS Design ?
Just click on the "my account" icon at the top right of the page, then on "Create my account". Then fill in the requested information and validate. Your account is then created!
You can also create your account by clicking on "My account" at the bottom right of the page.
What is the purpose of an account?
Creating an account on the MBS Design website will allow you to add favorites, find information on your orders and track your returns and refunds.
What do I do when I forget my password?
If you have forgotten your password, please click on "my account" and then on the link "change my password". You will then receive an email at the address you entered in your account that will tell you how to change your password.
How to manage your favorites lists?
You can add items in "My Wish Lists", visible only by yourself. In this tab, you can create lists according to your needs and desires (Christmas gift list, wedding list, birth list...).
To add items you must first log in to your account. Then, you just have to click on the heart that appears next to each item. The items you like will go to the list of your choice that you have selected (default list). Moreover, you can create new lists at the top of the page and delete them by clicking on the "trash can" icon.
How can I receive the MBS Design newsletter?
To receive the MBS Design newsletter, simply enter your email address at the bottom of the page in the "newsletter" insert.
You can also sign up by logging into your account and then clicking on "My personal information" and checking "Receive our newsletter". If you ever do not receive our communications, we invite you to check your spam messages and be sure to add [email protected] to your address book.
How to unsubscribe from the MBS Design newsletter?
If you do not wish to receive the MBS Design newsletter anymore, you can click on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each of our newsletters.
You can also unsubscribe by logging into your account and clicking on "My personal information" and unchecking "Receive our newsletter".

How do I delete my personal data?
If you wish to delete your account and/or exercise your right to be forgotten, we invite you to contact us at [email protected] and specify your need. We will endeavor to respond as soon as possible.
Please note, it is important to note that this action is irreversible and will result in the loss of all your order history.
How do I know if an item is available?
Products in stock are characterized on the product sheet by the mention "Product in stock!". This means that the product could be prepared and shipped within 24 hours by our team. The products with an information "Availability: under X to X weeks" are sold on order: this delay is therefore an additional delay that is added to the delivery time. The products that we do not have in stock, and that we do not offer in pre-order are not orderable: you can then sign up for an alert to receive an email when the product returns to stock!
How to use promotial code ?
PrestaShop is 100% free. No monthly fees. No commissions on your sales.
How long does it take to receive the items?
On all the product pages, you will see a "in stock" mention next to the "add to cart" button. If the product is not in stock, you can place a pre-order. In this case, a mention with the additional delay is present at this same place. In case of an order of several items, the whole order will be delivered as soon as we have received all the items.

We offer payment in 3 installments with Alma and payment by credit card.
Do you accept gift certificates?
Unfortunately we do not accept gift certificates at this time.
When will I be cashed out?
Your purchase will be charged at the time of checkout. Some banks operate on deferred payment: a pre-authorization is displayed and the actual charges will be billed later. If this is not the case, we recommend that you contact your banking institution to expedite the release of the pre-authorization.
How do I change my order?
After finalizing your purchase, it will not be possible to modify it if it is already in preparation.
You will receive an email confirmation of your order as soon as it is finalized detailing all the information of your order.

How do I get an invoice?
You can download your invoice directly from your "my account" page, under "supporting documents". You can also contact us at [email protected] to obtain your invoice.
Please make sure you enter the correct billing address when placing your order, as this cannot be changed once the order has been placed.
What products are eligible for return and refund?
All products sold on mbsdesign.fr are eligible for a return unless otherwise indicated by us on the product sheet.
How long does it take to return an item?
The ordered item does not give you full satisfaction, no problem, at MBS DESIGN, you have a period of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide justification.
The product will have to be returned to us in its original packaging, not to have been used and in perfect condition. After receiving your package in our warehouse, a quality control is performed to ensure that the product has not suffered any deterioration even minimal.
When will you be reimbursed?
Once the return is validated, we will refund the amount of your order within 30 days. The refunded amount will be transferred to the account that was used for payment.
How to cancel an order?
To cancel an order, simply contact our Customer Service via the "contact us" tab at the bottom of our website or send us an email at the following address: [email protected]
Two cases will then arise:
- Either your package has already been shipped by us and is already in the hands of our carrier. It will not be possible for us to cancel the order immediately. You will have to wait for the reception of the package and then send us back the product following the return procedure. See points 2) and 3) of this return procedure.
- Either your package has not yet been shipped by us, we can then cancel your order and make a refund.

MBS DESIGN suggests to the Customer to return the products by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt or with an additional insurance, guaranteeing him, if necessary, the compensation of the products up to their real market value in case of spoliation or loss of these goods. In all cases, the return is at the Customer's risk. It is up to the customer to keep all proof of return. The customer is free to choose the shipping method.

If the above-mentioned deadlines are not met, MBS DESIGN will not be able to reimburse the Customer.
Only items returned in their original packaging in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. Consequently, the returns of all used, incomplete, soiled, washed and / or worn products, as well as damaged boxes will be neither returned nor exchanged.
Refunds will be made by the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless specifically indicated by the Customer.
Are exchanges accepted?
Exchanges are not offered.
I received a damaged/defective product, what should I do?
If you receive a damaged item, please report it to us upon receipt by emailing us at [email protected] with a photo of the shipping carton (carrier label visible) as well as the item received.
We will find a replacement for you as soon as possible.
