The Proposed Deliveries
MBS DESIGN offers you several delivery options, at home or at a relay point: choose the option that best suits your needs and desires!
The delivery of our parcels is made in Metropolitan France & Corsica, excluding DOM/TOM, as well as in Europe (European Union zone) for small and medium products (weight less than 30 kg and small size).
The delivery methods available depend on the weight and dimensions of the products on sale on our site and will be indicated when you put the product in your basket.
The times indicated below by our service providers correspond to the delivery time once the shipment has been made (the packages have therefore left our warehouses. For information, the processing of an order in our warehouses is carried out the same day or the next day according to the schedule of your order, from Monday to Friday. Packages are therefore prepared in 24/48 hours as soon as the items are in stock).
1. Delivery in Metropolitan France, Corsica :
1.1. For items that do not take up much space and with a weight less than or equal to 30 kg:
- Express home delivery in 24h
Delivery against signature within an indicative period of 1 working day (the next day before 13H) from Tuesday to Saturday for any order placed before 10h.
A notification is sent to allow you to confirm or modify your delivery day or the delivery place with precision of a time slot on the morning of the appointment.
In case of absence at the time of delivery, a notice is left by the driver (in addition to the email and SMS). It indicates how and where to pick up the package. You then have 15 consecutive days to pick it up. Beyond this period, the package is returned.
If the order is placed after 10 am, it will be delivered the day after tomorrow.
- Delivery in Relay Point (small packages) - via Mondial Relay
Delivery against signature within 48h to 72h after shipment.
A notification sent to warn you of the arrival of the parcel at a relay point by SMS and/or email.
Time of custody at the relay point: 14 calendar days then return sender.
- Delivery in Relay Point XL (medium and large packages) - via Mondial Relay
Delivery against signature between 72H and 96H after shipment.
A notification is sent to warn you of the arrival of the parcel at a relay point by SMS and/or email.
Time of custody at the relay point: 14 calendar days then return sender.
- Home delivery without appointment (Gate or Bottom of building)
Delivery by courier without appointment against with signature within 48h to 72h after shipment, Monday to Friday.
A notification is sent to allow you to confirm or modify your delivery day or the place of delivery with precision of a time slot on the morning of the appointment.
1.2. For bulky items and with a weight greater than 30 kg :
Home delivery, according to 2 formulas:
- Classic Delivery by Appointment (Gate or Bottom of building)
Delivery within 6 to 8 days after shipment
Delivery at the foot of the building, at the gate, or no gate, Monday to Friday during the day.
Making an appointment by phone (directly with the carrier)
Daily slots (between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm)
- Premium delivery by appointment (upstairs and in the room of your choice) - outside the Ile de France region
Delivery within 6 to 8 days after shipment
Delivery in the desired room (floor and/or destination room) from Tuesday to Saturday
Making an appointment by phone (directly with the carrier)
Daily slots (between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm) and confirmation of a 2-hour time slot the day before the appointment.
Premium delivery by appointment (upstairs and in the room of your choice) - in the Ile de France region
Delivery within 6 to 8 days after shipment
Delivery in the desired room (floor and/or destination room) from Monday to Sunday
Making an appointment by phone (directly with the carrier)
3 delivery slots proposed: between 7am/12h, 12h/17h or 17h/22h and confirmation of a 2h slot the day before the appointment by SMS
2. Delivery in Europe, European Union zone :
- Home delivery in Europe (small and medium packages, weight under 30 kg and small footprint)
Home delivery in Europe is offered for the following countries *: Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Portugal, Italy, Netherlands and soon to other countries!
Delivery against signature within 8 to 12 working days (depending on the destination country). In case of absence at the time of delivery, a notice of passage is left by the driver (in addition to the email). It indicates how and where to collect the package (depending on the country, the package may be represented). You then have about 8 consecutive days to pick it up. Beyond this period, the package is returned.
