Jean-Luc BEAUFILS
Certificate by Expert of the FNEPSA
For more than thirty-five years, Jean Luc Beaufils has been faithful to color, to the material that he deploys on his canvases with agility and precision, his passion is communicative; his sensitivity envelops us, and impregnates us.
Jean Luc Beaufils painted his first pictures in the 70's, his pure sketches spring from a single stroke, the drawing is impulsive, the color is frank. His first exhibitions were an immediate success. The first prizes follow one another, the exhibitions multiply.
Ten years after his debut, Beaufils was widely recognized in galleries where he exhibited among the most prestigious names such as Van Dongen, Gen Paul, Bernard Buffet, Louis Cavaillès, François Desnoyer, Jean Cocteau, Louis Latapie, Edouard Pignon, André Lhote, Raoul Dufy, Yves Brayer, André Derain...
