This Margin floor lamp from the New Works collection is a modern interpretation of a classic fixture. It was conceived by designer John Asbury exploring a multi-layered lighting typology, Margin's criss-cross shades gently diffuse light and instantly set the tone with warmth and tactility. The softness of the fabric is tempered by a sleek, graphic silhouette that lends a certain presence and volume to a space. It's the sense of proportion, as well as details such as the linear element through the lamp, that sharpen the aesthetic and enable Margin's distinctive character.
The base is in black steel and the lampshade is in textile.
