A 2007 graduate of Offenbach University of Art and Design, Sebastian Herkner is studying product design. Born in 1981, he was in his early twenties when Scandinavian style returned to the forefront of the design scene. But it was then that he took an internship at Stella McCartney, where all his ideas about interior design were turned upside down. The experience opened his mind to the richness that other styles, colors and materials could bring. "There's a sensibility and an identity in my work that emphasizes function, material and detail. I transport and interpret characteristics from various social and cultural contexts and implement them in new artifacts." The following year, he founded his own design studio.

The lightness of the glass and the thickness of the metal reconcile in a surprising marriage of materials. Available in various colors such as sapphire blue, quartz gray, topaz yellow, amethyst violet, amber, or emerald green, each one is more sumptuous than the other. These Bell tables breathe elegance and were awarded the Red Dot Award for Design in 2010.
